Laune Salmon and Trout Anglers' Association waters and Beat 3.
Water level still falling making fly-fishing a little more challenging and spinning is now confined to deeper holding pools.
There are still a few fresh fish entering the river but nothing like when we had good water through August.
With the holiday season over for most people, angling effort is down as are reports of fish. There were six fish reported from Laune Anglers waters for the week and one from Beat 3.
